The final stop on the final leg of travel before starting YACademy's Architecture for Heritage course! I could talk for days about how incredible Paris was, especially Musée d'Orsay.

A day trip from Brussels, Bruges is a small but incredible city. The town-like feel definitely shines through with cobblestone streets and small winding paths. I admit most of my knowledge of Bruges

Another very walkable city even to monuments slightly further out in Parc du Cinquantenaire, where some Art Nouveau buildings reside. Sunset at St. Michael & St. Gudula Cathedral against the clear blue sky

The final thread of travel for 2025 was Amsterdam-Brussels-Bruges-Paris. Slightly leaning buildings filled every street, with the Dancing Houses truly living up to their name. Dutch Gables, canals, cheese and Stroopwafels filled days

Kraków was an interesting change in pace from Vienna and Bratislava, the 'patchwork' style blends colourful exteriors with lively stained-glass. It's also home to a favourite food of mine
